Niche markets are smaller pieces of a larger market. As the online business world develops some say that your focus should be on smaller niche markets rather than large markets. This is in contrast to traditional business mentality, pre-internet, when focusing a business on a small niche like "dog collars" would be a sure-fire loser.Online business is a different world.
